Under the auspices of its Chief Executive Officer, Dossier is the data controller responsible for the company\u2019s processing of personal data. Visitors to our websites may voluntarily disclose personal data in connection with services such as, e.g., receiving newsletters. Unless specified otherwise, the consent of an individual serves as the grounds for processing.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Anyone who would like to receive such information may subscribe to newsletters from various professional fields and\/or information about Dossier events. In order for us to direct e-mails to the right individual, we need to record your name and e-mail address. So that we can invite you to current events, we also record the name of the business you work for and occasionally other information that is relevant in relation to this. This data is stored in our HubSpot CRM system so we can send the correct information as specified by the individual user. This data is not shared with other companies and is deleted once we receive notification that you no longer wish to receive information from us. The data is also deleted if we are notified that your e-mail address is no longer active.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

It is possible to login to Dossier services at dossier.no \/ dossiersolutions.no. The user is then transferred to a special page for the username and password based on Dossier\u2019s user management practices in accordance with the applicable customer agreement. Logins to Dossier services are regulated by a special data processing agreement.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

An IP address is defined as personal data since it can be traced back to a specific device and thereby to an individual. Difi (the Norwegian Agency for Public Management and eGovernment) uses a Google Analytics\u2019 tracking code, which anonymizes the IP address before the data is stored and processed by Google. This prevents the stored IP address from being able to be used to identify a specific user.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
